Create an Asteroid Field in Element 3D

Create an Asteroid Field in Element 3D

VinhSon, from CreativeDojo.net, is going to go over how to create a fairly interesting 3D asteroid field using After Effects and Element 3D from Video Copilot. He’ll also take a look at lighting the scene, building the planet, and creating an atmosphere. With some clever tricks and experimentation, you can create a pretty dynamic and massive space environment, great for your short sci fi film or project.

Cinema Effect in Photoshop

In this Photoshop tutorial, Roofi from PhotoshopLayer, is going to show you how to take an ordinary picture and give it a cinematic look in Photoshop. You are going to do this through working with adjustment layers and the gradient tool. Most cinematic pictures are nothing more than a product of shifting blend modes and darkening the edges of the picture. However, in this tutorial you are going to deal with that and more, giving your final picture an overall new and improved look.
