Photoshop CS6 comes with many smaller features that some users have yet to explore. In today’s tutorial, we’ll be taking a look at the hidden Photographic Toning gradients, which can give you some pretty nice effects for your photos!

To access these new gradients, click on the ‘gear‘ icon at the top of any Gradient Picker in Photoshop, and select the Photographic Toning preset.

Once the new gradients are loaded, the sky is the limit to what you do with them. You can leave them as is, or experiment with the Blend Modes to blend them in with your original image.
